MERA Private Funding - Private Lending Website with Loan Listings (meraprivatefunding.info)

MERA Private Funding, a Los Angeles private lender and sister company of Alexis G Financial Brokerage, needed its own dedicated website. The client wanted a professional, credible look, individual loan listings with detail pages, client reviews, and a mortgage calculator suited to their loans.

Challenges: The site had to feel trustworthy while having its own identity apart from the brokerage site and the reference. Each loan needed its own detail view that the client could add without a developer, and a standard mortgage calculator wouldn’t work for MERA’s interest-only, short-term loans.

How we handled it: We designed a clean, credible layout with MERA’s own branding. Loans are individual listings, so each property opens its own detail page and new ones are added from the admin panel. We built a custom calculator for interest-only payments and short terms, and added a reviews section the client can update easily.

Result: A dedicated, professional website with clickable loan listings, client reviews, and a purpose-built interest-only calculator.
